May 27th 2006 - Soccer Aid

The final of Soccer Aid was played this evening and in front of nearly 72.000 people, England defeated the Rest of the World 2-1, with Jonathan scoring the winning goal for the English team! Jonathan was also voted as 'Man of the match' and when he received his award, he dedicated the goal to his son Mickey. On the 27th of May Jonathan will be taking part in a unique event called Soccer Aid. Soccer Aid will see 2 teams of celebrities and football legends team up to go head-to-head in England versus The Rest of The World, all in aid of UNICEF. Jonathan, together with Robbie Williams came up with the idea and they were both executive producers for the show.

Jonathan and Nikki are pleased to announce the birth of their first child! Mickey Wilkes weighed in at 7 Lbs and 15 oz and was born at 7.20 am on April 11th. Mum and baby are both doing fine. New dad Jonathan is very proud!
